Design brings brands to life. Great design gives form, dimension, shape, colour and life to brands. It is a brand promise manifest, made real, tangible – and it’s valuable. It captures the imagination and connects at an emotional level.
Effective design is managed design. Consistent interpretation and expression of a brand’s identity ensures that whenever and wherever people interact with Train to Gain the experience they have matches the promise Train to Gain makes.
By presenting a clear and consistent identity nationally, we underline our capabilities and continuously reinforce Train to Gain’s reputation as an outstanding professional service delivering real value to employers.
This works on two principal dimensions: First, with compelling creativity that visualises Train to Gain’s essence and strategy in a way that is unique, relevant and resonates with key audiences. Secondly, by setting and upholding the highest quality standards. It conveys the important message that Train to Gain provides the same levels of service and quality wherever people come into contact with the brand.
We all have a responsibility to give of our very best to protect and enhance the visual equity of Train to Gain. The following guidelines provide rules, principles and templates for design, tone of voice, messaging and brand architecture. Every single element should be managed with care, from how we position the Train to Gain logo and the way we talk, to the style of Train to Gain collateral and photography.
These guidelines provide guidance for the essential visual and verbal elements and applications. Guidelines on additional applications will be added in due course.
