The United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps is one of the nation’s eight uniformed services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, NOAA Corps, USPHS, and Space Force) and we are the only one dedicated solely to protecting America’s public health. As Public Health Service officers and America’s Health Responders, we also stand ready to preserve the health and safety of our nation during national or global health emergencies.
